- DESCRIPTION: The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia intends to establish an Indefinite Quantity / Indefinite Delivery type contract for the subject line of products (see attachment document). The products will be stocked aboard the installation but owned by the contractor until pulled for use. The contract will require a continuous supply of environmentally friendly paint products that comply with Base Order 5090.3 and the Emergency Planning Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) standards practiced by the base.
