Description: The U.S. Government currently occupies leased office space at 63 S. Royal St. in Mobile, Alabama. The General Services Adminstration plans to negotiate a superseding lease at this location for approximately 4,700 BOASF of office and related space. The Government will relocate to a comparable site within the CBD only if economic and other factors are advantageous after all relocation costs are considered. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
