Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing between 1,200 and 28,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of Class A office space in the area of Reading and Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Ten years (10) with termination rights in whole or in part by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building name and Address Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square footage and rental rate Common Area Factor Building Footprint/Floor plans Owners name and address Submit by COB November 1, 2006 Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space.
