BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION The IBM hardware maintenance support and services is for the E-Auth and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) initiatives. The IBM hardware was tested and operates on the EDNet. The Hardware maintenance support and services are for equipment that is located at the EDC and DRF. If the support and services are not purchased the hardware would be unsupported. Also, the hardware is operating across the enterprise and meets the Departments requirements; therefore, replacing with another product is not an option.
