Description

Provide all labor, personnel, supplies, and equipment necessary to conduct environmental assessments (EA) and Environmental Baseline Surveys (EBS) in support of the development of various projects in the Ohio River and Great Lakes Mission Boundaries (nationwide). Reports requiring investigative searches through a host of environmental databases are needed, in a fast-paced timeline, to support the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) mission areas. The proposed contract will include: environmental dat abase list searches for: a) Sanborn Map Reports, b) Aerial Photographs, c) City Directory Abstract, d) Radius Map with GeoCheck, e) NEPA Check, f) Title Search Reports, and g) Historical Topographical Map Reports. Contract performance will be for a total of five years, which is comprised of a one-year base and four one-year options. Award of this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be based on Best Value to the Government, with Technical Ability, Experience, Past Performance, and Price being the evaluation cr iteria used to make the award decision. This procurement will be open to all business sizes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330, with a size standard of $4,500,000.00. The estimated value of this RFP is between $100 ,000.00 and $250,000.00. This RFP has an approximate issue date of 14 December 2006, and an approximate due date of 16 January 2007, 2:00 p.m. Local Time.
