- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO) intends to award a Cost Plus Award Fee contract on a Sole Source basis to InnovaSystems International LLC, 404 Camino Del Rio South, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92108. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for system engineering, system design/development, component integration, integration with Homeland Security and DoD Service (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, etc.) Readiness Systems, testing, installation, training, lifecycle maintenance, procurement support, help desk services, management support, and system documentation in support of the development and maintenance of the Defense Readiness Reporting System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interest and capability statements received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any resulting procurement would be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15.
