- NAICS Code: 812930 The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency?s (EPA) Office of Criminal Investigations Division (CID) intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302 to Ampco System Parking, with three one-year option periods. The estimated value of this procurement is approximately $29,700.00 per year. The base period of performance is January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007. The purpose of this purchase order is to obtain nine (9) secured parking spaces with twenty-four (24) hours per day access to the parking area for Government law enforcement vehicles in the support of the EPA in San Francisco, CA. Ampco System Parking is the only vendor that could provide this parking within the required two block radius of the CID?s San Francisco office located at 75 Hawthorne Street; San Francisco, CA 94105. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 812930. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the EPA?s requirement as stated herein may submit a capabilities statement, which will be considered only if received by 5:00 p.m. E.S.T. on Monday, December 11, 2006. Responses to this posting must be in writing and submitted to Melissa Kaps by email, kaps.melissa@epa.gov, or fax, (202) 565-2554. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
