Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, has a requirement for a construction project for full and open competition for Bldg.2 Mental Health Clinic Remodel - Phase 2, project# 653-05-118. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish all necessary materials, labor and qualified supervision for the Bldg. 2 - Mental Health Clinic Remodel - Phase 2 as required by drawings and specifications. NAICS Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction/ size standard: $31.0 million applies. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP) and award will be based on evaluation factors and cost/price. Project cost range between $250,000 and $500,000. Electronic solicitation, specifications and drawings may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fedbizopps.gov - the solicitation will be made available after December 12, 2006.
