Description
SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT: W91GY0-07-R-0011 1. PROJECT NAME: Procurement to up-armor vehicles 2. LOCATION: Baghdad, Iraq 3. PROPOSAL EVALUATION CRITERIA. Award of any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be to a responsive and responsible offeror who conforms to the solicitation requirements and is considered to be the most advantageous using Lowest Price Technically acceptable 4. SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS. All offerors must comply with the requirements listed below for this RFP. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. a. Contractors must submit all proposals/bids in English. b. The offeror must review the Request for Proposal and complete all information requested in the proposal. To be responsive to this Request for Proposal, each offeror must submit his offer in accordance with the terms and conditions and submit the offer no later than the closing date to the Joint Contracting Office-Iraq (JCC-I). c. Contractors must provide their costs/prices in U.S dollars (USD$). 5. DELIVERY. Contractors must deliver all proposals via e-mail to Mr. Roland Eder at the following email address: Roland.Eder@pco-iraq.net 6. CLOSING DATE/TIME. The closing date for proposal submission is 15 Dec 2006. Offers received after this date and time may be considered non-responsive to the requirements of this solicitation and will be excluded. 8. DISCLAIMER. This is a request for proposal and does not constitute a contract or authorization to begin work. Nor does an offeror?s submission of a proposal constitute a contract or authorize him/her to begin work. Upon close of the offer period, JCC-I will evaluate offeror proposals and select the winning contractor. A contract will not become effective until signed by the Contracting Officer. 9.
