Description: 60 day time charter for a self-sustaining US flag / Foreign Flag vessel RO/RO, or RO/RO ? LO/LO capable of lifting 180,627 Sq Ft. of the following cargo: rolling stock, containers, tracked vehicles, ISU-90s, helicopters and material handling equipment. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904 and Section IIIA.3 of the Voluntary Intermodal Sealift Agreement (VISA) (see 69 FEDERAL REGISTER 25166-25168, May 5, 2004, or most current reference), preference will be given to U.S. flag vessels and VISA participants.
