Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applica ble to CH-47, delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 520 each, 180 Days After First Article Approval (DAFAA) with First Article Requirement and 520 each, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA) without First Article Requirement. This item requires S NRR, Serial Numbers and TAMMS. This is a criticial safety item. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE Code 77272, MRC Bearings, Inc., CAGE Code 38443, Kaydon Corp. CAGE Code 32828, and Industrial Tectonics Bearing Corp. CAGE Code 06144. Beca use this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current DoD-STD-100, adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalifica tion requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations b y accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
