Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH *** This is a modifiction to the original posting of August 4, 2006. Please note that the delineated area has been expanded and the Trammell Crow contact for interested parties has changed. *** The United States Government seeks to lease Office and Warehouse space consisting of approximately 8,453 rentable square feet in Salt Lake City, Utah. The space should yield between 7,350 and 8,453 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of thirty (30) reserved, secure, covered parking spaces should be available on-site and adjacent to the space offered for use by employees. Parking access should be restricted to Government employees use only and be included in the rent. Satisfactory public transportation must be available within 3 blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: The Central Business District of Salt Lake City, Utah and the Salt Lake City Airport Area defined by the following boundaries: North - 2100 North Street East - 2200 West Street West - 5600 West Street South - I-80 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 1, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
