Description

The Government is interested in leasing approximately 807 rentable sq.ft. yielding 700 ANSI/BOMA Office Area sq.ft. of fully serviced office (to be provided as part of the rental consideration) and related space in MONORE, NC. This space is required no later than NOVEMBER 01, 2007. The lease term is ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. Space must be located within or directly on the following geographic boundaries: North: Roosevelt Blvd. (Hwy 74) to north on Morgan Mill; East: Sutherland Ave.; South: Charlotte Ave./Old Charlotte Hwy.; and West: Rocky River Road. Unique Requirements Overview: Offers must be for a contiguous second floor plan space in a quality building of sound, substantial construction and location shall embody a corporate professional image. Elevators required if space is above or below grade. 24-7 access required with adequate utility facilities. Overall dimensions of non-obstructive interior space shall offer agency an efficient office lay-out. Parking spaces identified to accommodate 4 parking spaces. Please respond to Gwen E.
