Description: DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Coast Guard intends TO PROCURE CONTRACTOR SERVICES TO TRANSFER A WEB-BASED DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DIGIDOQ) FROM PROTOTYPE STAGE TO FULLY OPERATIONAL. NOTE 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies AND services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with PROSPECT TECHNOLOGIES under the authority of FAR 6.302. THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WAS PROCURED IN FY06 FROM PROSPECT TECHNOLOGIES. THE PREVIOUS CONTRACT INITIATED THE DESIGN OF THE DIGIDOQ PROTOTYPE. THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL TRANSFER DIGIDOQ FROM PROTOTYPE TO FULLY OPERATIONAL.
