Item No. 0001: NOUN: VANE SEGMENT, COMPRESS; QTY. 20EA-NSN: 2840-01-368-3960NZ;P/N: 4083877-01; Size/Dimensions, Form/Fit/Function and Predominant Material of Manufacture: Size:Approx 3.25 inches x 2.5inches x 12inches Function: This is a segment ring which incorporates airfoil used to aid compression in the F100 PW 229 Engine. Delivery: Line Item No. 0001; QTY 20 ea -On or before 30 March 2007. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-5900. Proposal response date is 12 NOVEMBER 2006. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov/. Approved Sources: United Technologies Corp, (Cage Code 52661). Qualification Requirements: To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending SARS. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARS as soon as possible if the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. These qualification requirements apply to all line Item Numbers. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
