Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the purchase and delivery of three (3) each Liquid Nitrogen, Programmable Cooling and Cryogenic Freezing Systems, with controlled temperature, efficiently utilizing liquid nitrogen as the cooling and freezi ng source without nitrogen exposure to the user or product stored. This requirement is for a closed system. Technical requirments as follows: 22 to 30 psi supply operating range; +20 degree C to -150 degreee C tempersture range; programmable cool ing rate; 24 cubic foot capacity; size: 74-inch high x 46-inch wide x 38-inch deep; plc touch screen interface; multiple data point monitoring; RS485 interface with 4-20 MA temperature outputs; 110V/15A electrical connection; scalable; UPS back up syst em; PLC based control system; stainless steel; pneumatice door locks; frost minimization N2 equilibrium programmable on/off; automated redundant cooling system; automatic pressure relief safety valve; high/low pressure alarm; fast temperature recovery; to include installation, connect and start up, training and mauals. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on W911S6-07-T-0010.
