Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard has a requirement to lease 30 each large SUV's (4 x 4), 20 each midsize SUV's (4 x 4), 40 each crew cab trucks (4 x 4 or 4 x 2), 36 each crew cab trucks (4 x 4), 2 each 12-15 passenger vans. All vehicles must be newer models in excellent running condition. A contract will be issued for 1 base year and 2 option years. Vehicles will be subject to early turn in at no additional cost to the government. Vehicle s will be utilized in the San Diego, California region. Vendors must be able to deliver all vehicles within 10 days after close of this solicitation. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contr actors Registration (CCR). Quotes are due no later than December 14, 2006 before 2:00pm PST. Quotes may be submitted via fax to (805) 594-6348.
