Description

Drink Tube, External for M40/42 Mask production, quantity 31,152 each. The following drawing and specifications are applicable; Drawing(s) 5-1-1087 C dtd 25 Apr 1996, Specification EA-R-1378 B dtd 06 Jul 1989 with amendment 17 dated 25 April 2003 an d notice of revision(s) Y73-0141-003 and Y73-0148-001 and ASTM D3951. Solicitation shall contain an option to purchase up to 100% of the initial order quantity. First Article is required 30 days after award of contact. The government intends to visit th e contractors facility to witness first-article testing. FOB Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR. Delivery of production quantity shall be 8,000 each per month until the total order quantity is delivered. Acquisition is being conducted utilizing full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation will issue on or after 19 December 2006 with a closing date on or after 17 Jan 2007 Solicitation may be obtained by fax request to 870-540-3730 or via email to ginger.house@us.army.mil. Ensure solicitation number W911RP-07-T-0023 is in the subject line of request. Please ensure company mailing address, telephone number and email address (if available) are included in the request for solicitation.
