Description

Synopsis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W15P7T-07-R-A215 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed eral Acquisition Circular 2006-23. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside with a NAICS code of 335312 with the small business size standard being 1000 employees. This solicitation is issued from CE-LCMC Acquisition Center, Fort Monmouth , NJ 07703, AMSEL-AC-CA-RT-P, and will be on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. The proposed action is for twenty-six (26) Motor, Alternating Current / Part Number 13214E3728-15 (P/O 18K BTU Air Conditioner). The NSN for this item is 6105-01-042-5688. Drawings a re available for download at https://ibop.monmouth.army.mil/. The drawing number for this item is 13214E3728. The delivery schedule shall be 10 each of NSN 6105-01-042-5688 to be delivered to the customer 150 days after contract award and 10 each month t hereafter until completion. Additionally, early delivery will be accepted and is encouraged if at no additional cost to the Government. This will be FOB Destination to New Cumberland Army Depot, DODAAC:W25G1U. Packaging/Packing shall be IAW Standard Pr actice for Commercial Packaging ASTM D 3951-98 (2004 edition). Level of Protection (LOP): Commercial, Level of Pack (LPK): Commercial, Quantity Unit Pack (QUP): 001. Marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129P. Responses to this RFP must be sign ed, dated, and received via electronic mail or fax by December 27, 2006 no later than 1500. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
