Description

The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, plant, supervision, labor and equipment to perform routine maintenance work, routine and emergency service response, and minor repairs if needed on the Quality Evaluation Facility (QEF) electrical and mechanical systems. Among these systems are: Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning, Glycol Heat Recovery, Water Treatment, Cooling Tower and Cooling Water, Emergency Generator and Auto Transfer Switch, Motor Control Center, Electronic Security Systems. The Contractor shall provide related services such as preparing and providing required reports and submitting necessary information as specified. Solicitation is unrestricted, Small Business Demonstration Test Program does apply. Solicitation will issue on or about 18 December 2006 offers must be received by the closing date posted in the solicitation. A site visit will be held, see solicitation f or details. Request for written proposal, electronic bids will not be accepted. Award will be made for a one year base period with four renewal option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government, for a total contract duration not to excee d 60 months. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Numbered notes do not apply.
