Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, has an immediate requirement at the San Diego National Wildlife Refuge Complex, 6010 Hidden Valley Rd. Carlsbad, CA 92011-4219 for Cutting and removal of exotic herbaceous vegetation (de-thatching), herbicide application, re-contouring of pools, seed collection and monitoring on the Shinohara parcel of San Diego National Wildlife Refuge. Period of Performance start date is approximately 1/2/2007 thru 12/31/2007 contingent upon processing time and funding. Selection process is "best value".
