Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS APPROXIMATELY 11,000 RSF OF OFFICE SPACE FOR LEASE IN YAKIMA, WASHINGTON (SFO#5WA0013). The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease space consisting of approximately 9,500 usable square feet / 11,000 rentable square feet in Yakima, Washington along with three (3) on-site secured structured parking spaces. Space shall be located in a professional Class A Office setting for the Judiciary family. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. By occupancy, the leased space and building shall meet Government requirements for Security, Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and local fire and building codes. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Delineated Area is the Yakima, Washington Central Business District defined as follows: North to Lincoln Avenue; South to Walnut Street; East to 6th Street; West to 6th Avenue. All properties within these boundaries may be considered. Requirements: The space shall be prepared turn-key; all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are required as part of the rental consideration. Lease term will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm with one (1) five-year priced option. Occupancy is desired for not later than April 1, 2007.
