Description
The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 3,272 rentable square feet of space to yield 2,845 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in TAMPA, FL within the following delineated area: West: US 19 to Bellair Street; East: N. Dale Mabry; South: Bellair Road east to Old Tampa Bay and Kennedy Blvd., west to Old Tampa Bay; North: Curfew Road east to Hillsborough Avenue. The Government requires a fully-serviced lease and adequate structured or fenced and gated parking for 5 vehicles in a secluded location with employee/visitor parking nearby. Occupancy date is September 1, 2007 or earlier, if feasible. The required lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. Both existing buildings and new construction will be solicited. Unique Requirements: Space must be in the same building and contiguous on the same floor, can be first floor; however, if in a high rise, the space is required as close as possible to the top of the high rise building. Antenna space is required on the rooftop with easy roof access. Areas clear of interference for radio monitoring and direction finding efforts are required. Readings to assure there will be no interference will be done for any submitted sites. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. We plan to schedule your appointment for January 15, 2007.
