- Provide all necessary labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision required for total interior renovation of 3/4 of the supply building. South end of building shall remain in service, with minor interior work. Major items of work shall include the following: 1.1 Provide temporary office trailer and storage trailer for Coast Guard use while building is under renovation. 1.2 Move interior furnishings of Supply Building offices (3), and garage/secure storage to trailers. 1.3 Demolish and renovate (to bare concrete, masonry and wood studs) 75% of 70' x 42' supply building. Area shall include offices (3), baths (2), hallway, secure storage area and garage. Work shall include replacement of interior floor surface, drop ceiling, drywall, doors, (4) designated windows, and all new baths, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. South 1/4 of building (avionics storage) shall remain undisturbed and operational. 1.4 Demolition of (1) 250 SF office/loft with asbestos ceiling. 1.5 Construct new sanitary sewer from building to existing sewer main across street. Relocate incoming water meter to mechanical room. 1.6 Repair all pavement and grass lawn damage by construction of sewer line and trailers. 1.7 Provide (3) new 10 lb. ABC fire extinguishers and metal wall cabinets with glass door. 1.8 Remove (6) AC units and brick in wall openings. Remove existing heating system. This includes hot water boiler, overhead piping, overhead heating units and baseboard units and piping. 1.9 Provide new forced air HVAC system that includes two new split system heating and cooling units, overhead supply and return ducts, with diffusers and return grilles. Provide ceiling hung infrared tube heaters in garage. 1.10 Remove and reset existing addressable smoke and heat detectors as required. 1.11 Provide new interior fluorescent luminaries. Provide new interior receptacles, with all new wiring and conduit as shown on sheet E-02. 1.12 Disconnect, remove and relocate the existing luminaries and GFI receptacles as shown on sheets E-01 and E-02. 1.13 Modify the existing panel "S01" and add new 20A circuit breakers in panel "SO2" for additional luminaries and receptacles as shown on sheet E-03. 1.14 Add new circuit wires to new HVAC units and relocated water heater & safety switch as shown on sheet E-04. 1.15 Construct new PVC telecommunication conduits, with outlet boxes. 1.16 Replace window glass for (2) sliding aluminum windows in avionics room with new 1/4D" thick fire rated, wired safety glass. Replace window glass for (2) bathroom windows with new 1/4" frosted glass. The period of performance is 150 days. This procurement is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard of $31.0M.
