Description

The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA, intends to competitively acquire Heater, Water and Ration, NSN 7310-01-387-1305, Part Number 471012. The Government anticipates a single award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Requirements contract consisting of a one-year (1) Base Ordering Period and four (4) one-year Ordering Periods for a total of five (5) years duration. Estimated quantities over the life of the contract is approxim ately 5,000 Heaters. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement will be a Full and Open. The Request for Proposal (RFP), Technical Data Package, Packaging and Marking requirements and other pertinent documents will be available on the Natick Contracting Division website ON OR ABOUT January 5, 2006 at https://www3.natick.army.mil under Business Opportunities/Ongoing Acquisitions/W58P05-07-R-0011/Files Available f or Download. Firms will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with proposal preparation. The closing time and date for the RFP responses will be 30 days after release of the solicitation.
