Description

This is a request for information only. This is not a request for proposal. The US Army, PM Radars is seeking sources and information for a counterfire radar position software system analyzer (CRPSSA) that provides a radar operator with site specif ic emplacement data to optimize system performance. CRPSSA should integrate a terrain mapping database, a munitions trajectory model, munitions radar cross-section (RCS) models, and a model of a counterfire radar. General operations would be to create an analysis scenario, and graphical outputs of the analysis should include estimates of weapon location probability and location accuracy, as well as site suitability or other parameters. The CRPSSA should also be well documented, include help functions, and the vendor should offer a training course. All interested sources should provide a product brochure, company literature or information that details their product. All submissions should include company name, point of contact to include, name, position, t elephone number and email address. All submissions shall be provided to Samantha Erichsen at Samanth.Erichsen@us.army.mil by 3:00pm EST on 04FEB2007. The Government will not reimburse contractors or responders to this notice for any costs incurred in re sponding, or in any subsequent exchange of information. All proprietary and restricted information shall be clearly marked.
