- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Reentry Center Services (RRC) services for male Federal offenders within the city limits of Washington, DC. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, ?Residential Reentry Center, dated August 2000, amended through July 2006.? This is a firm-fixed unit price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract. The services are estimated to be 100% male. The estimated number of inmate days is 7,320 minimum/14,640 maximum for the base year; 7,300 minimum/14,600 maximum for options years one thru three; and 7,320 minimum/14,640 maximum for option year four, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or after January 7, 2007, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP200-0958-MA will be on or about March 6, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. No collect calls will be accepted.
