DFARS Clause 252.232-7007, Limitation of Governement's Obligation, is hereby added. ***************************************************************** LAB TECHNICIEN FOR THE ADVANCED NAVIGATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-06-T-0229 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). All proposals, Representations and Certifications, and Central Contractor Registration Information are due no later than 5:00 PM EST on 22 December 2006 and must be submitted to Matthew Passage at Matthew.Passage@wpafb.af.mil or at 88 CONS/PKBB, 1940 Allbrook Drive, Suite 3 Room 109, Wright-Patterson AFB OH, 45433-5309. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-14, Effective 22 Nov 2006 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The acquisition is 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 7699 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219. The small business size standard is $6,500,000. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). This contract will have a base period of one year, period of performance 1 January 2007 through 31 December 2007, followed by four one year options. Period of performance for Option Year I is 1 January 2008 through 31 December 2008. Period of performance for Option Year II is 1 January 2009 through 31 December 2009. Period of performance for Option Year III is 1 January 2010 through 31 December 2010. Period of performance for Option Year IV is 1 January 2011 through 31 December 2011. The RFQ has fifteen (15) line items.
