Description
COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The applicable NAICS code is 611620. The Bid Schedule Shall Be For: Line item 0001: Personal services; contractor to provide services to the 31 Services Squadron, Aviano AB, Italy for Cheer Camp Instructional Services. The contractor?s efforts shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW explains the work requirements, work hours and responsibilities. Interested vendors, please email for a copy of the SOW. The evaluation of each proposal will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 (listed below). This contract will be written for 1 week between 16 July through 20 July 2007. Price break down shall be as follows: 1. One week of cheer camp instruction 2. Lodging costs (2 rooms off-base) 3. Car rental Please provide resume with company?s description. Proposals must be good for a minimum of 30 days. The following clauses and provisions apply to this solicitation (available from http://farsite.hill.af.mil/) 52.204-7 CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (OCT 2003) 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 2004) 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers (listed in relative order of importance): 1. Technical capability/Qualification 2. Past performance/experience 3. Price Technical capability/qualification and past performance/experience, when combined, are significantly more important than price. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
