Description: Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to competitively procure and award a Fixed Price Requirements Type contract for Protective Service Details (PSD) and Mission Readiness Exercises (MRE) for deployed personnel in support of USAREUR contingency opera tions. These details are often composed of Military Police personnel drawn from a variety of different units in both CONUS and OCONUS. The objective of this contract is to hone the protective service skills of MP personnel selected for deployment and to e nsure they are adequately trained to immediately perform as a cohesive unit upon arrival at their deployment destination. Length of Contract: One (1) base year with two (2) option years. Next Tentative Training Date: March 2007 Training Location: The training shall be conducted at the contractors permanent training facility. Due to deployments, personnel rotations, and Soldier availability, the contractor shall be capable of conducting the training with a minimum of forty-five ( 45) day advance notice. Contract Type: Fixed Price Requirements (FPR) RFQ W912CM-07-T-0030 will be issued on/about 18 December 2006 and quotes are due NLT 1000 hrs, CET on 16 January 2006.
