- . The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, to single chain 2,138 acres. The North American Industry Classification System Number for this solicitation is 115310. Solicitation packages will be available electronically on or about December 21, 2006. Offers will be due on or about January 8, 2007. Offers wising to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Additionally, offerors must obtain a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number (www.dnb.com) and register at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award of a Federal contract.
