- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334516, Size Standard 500 employees. [If this changes to unrestricted needs to be resolicited on unrestricted basis IAW 19.502-2(a)] Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD6235A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. The Government intends to award the following: (CLIN 0001)Optical Power and Energy Meter. Dual Channel. 10 kHz measurement rate. QUANTITY: 1 EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: NO LATER THAN 30 Jan 07 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
