Description: Joint Contracting Command ? Iraq will solicit proposals for a firm-fixed price commercial service contract to perform Hot Gas Path Inspections (HGPI) or Combustor Inspections (CI), re-commissioning and start-up of four (4) GE Frame 9E Gas Turbine Units including the associated Auxiliary systems and equipment, at the Qudas Power Plant, located North of Baghdad in Iraq and two (2) HGPI inspections at Baghdad South in Baghdad Iraq.
