PRON: AX7T1038AX, NSN: 2805-01-170-2940, PN: 3036T28P05, Quantity: 725 each, applicable to the T-700, UH-60, FOB origin with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX. The required delivery when First Article Test is required is 100 each, 375 days after contract award (DACA), and 100 each a month thereafter, without First Article Test is, 100 each, 137 DACA, and 100 each per month thereafter, this is a critical safety item. This item is restricted to, General Electric, Cage Code 99207, and Arkwin Industries Inc ., Cage Code, 98391, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that r ecognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking und er Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of relea se for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
