THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY Food Services Contractors: General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, 2POA-C located at the Federico Degetau, Federal Office Building & U.S. Courthouse, 150 Carlos Chardon Avenue, Hato Rey, Puerto Rico 00918, is seeking a contractor for the on-site food service operation. The food services are to be operated for the benefit of approximately 1,000 employees and a varying population of between 150 and 300 visitors and guests. Key operation includes serving full breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch and afternoon coffee break. The following are services provided: grilling, hot entre, deli, salad bar, full breakfast and lunch. Services also include, but not limited to management, administration, and other items necessary to perform all purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, food preparation/serving, cashier duties, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Government receives payment in lieu of rent 1.5%. The Government contemplates a 5 year base contract with 2 five option years.
