Description

Warehouse Space Required Colorado Springs, Colorado The Federal Government has a continuing requirement to lease approximately 10,000 rentable square feet of warehouse and related space. Rentable space must yield approximately 10,000 occupiable square feet, available for use by the tenant for storage of equipment. Space shall have at least two docks with one leveling door suitable for loading and off-loading a standard sized semi-trailer. Offered space shall have a restroom facility (or be willing to install one) and a ceiling clear height of 20ft. Only existing buildings will be considered, as this requirement is time sensitive. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically challenged and located outside a floodplain. The space would be required for occupancy in March 2007. Letters of interest should include location, square footage, common area factor, and the amount included for the tenant improvement allowance. The initial tenant is expected to be the Joint National Integration Center. The offered space should be located in the following delineated area: North of Astrozon Blvd., East of Academy Blvd., South of Galley Road, and West of Marksheffel.
