- X -- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 2,751 RSF (Yielding at Least 2,392USF) OF OFFICE SPACE IN LOS ANGELES, CA ? SOUTH BAY The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 2,751 rentable square feet, yielding 2,392 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet in the incorporated towns of El Segundo, Manhattan Beach and a portion of Hermosa Beach, California within the following delineated area: West: Pacific Ocean North: Imperial Highway East: Aviation Boulevard South: Aviation Boulevard to Pacific Coast Highway to 10th Street (Hermosa Beach) The proposed lease is for five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2007. The Government requires two (2) parking spaces for government vehicles available at no cost, and also adequate parking for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office/site. Building offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Requirements. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum: - Building name/address - Location of space in the building and date it will be available - Drawing of space offered - Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered - Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF - Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact Interested parties should submit pertinent information to: Bruce Gago, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, 1627 Eye Street, NW, 8th Floor, Washington, DC, 20006, or Bruce.Gago@am.jll.com no later than September 8, 2006.
