Description
NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The Air Force intends to make an award on a competitive basis for the following service: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision, supplies, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing, hearing and eye protection, lifting equipment and devices, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to provide Dry Filter Booth Support Services at Tinker AFB OK. Services shall include Scheduled, On-call Emergency Service and Over and Above support. Scheduled support shall include: Documenting the air flow rate on government provided forms, change filter systems (filters shall include 72nd ABW/CEB approved filters, curtains, bags and panels), removal and re-application of reflective white booth coating (peel coat) and replacement of paper floor covering. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and supplies provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services shall be provided for a base period of 12 months with four on-year option periods. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award is contemplated. The estimated award date is 18 DEC 2006. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The solicitation is anticipated as a 100% small business set-aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business only. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
