Description
A modification is being done to incorporate potential proprietary equipment. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking qualified sources capable of providing NIH- Wide full service maintenance, repair, and relocation services of the following Beckman Coulter Instruments and their accessories. The following instruments may potentially be considered proprietary in nature: Low Speed Centrifuges which shall include the following models: Allegra X-22R. Allegra X-12, Allegra X-12R, Allegra X-15R, TJ-25, Avanti J-E, Avanti J-301, Avanti J-20, Avanti J-201, Avanti J-20XP, Avanti J-20XPI, Avanti J25, Avanti J25i. Ultracentrifuges which shall include the following models: OPTIMA-TL, OPTIMA-TLCE, OPTIMA-TLXCE, OPTIMA-TLX, OPTIMA-MAX, OPTIMA-MAX E, OPTIMA L-60, OPTIMA L-70, OPTIMA L-70K, OPTIMA LE-70, OPTIMA L-80, OPTIMA L-80K, OPTIMA LE-80, OPTIMA LE-80K, OPTIMA L-90, OPTIMA L-90K, OPTIMA L-100K, OPTIMA L-100XP, OPTIMA XL-70, OPTIMA XL-80, OPTIMA XL-80K, OPTIMA XL-90, OPTIMA XL-90K, OPTIMA XL-100K, OPTIMA XLA, OPTIMA XLI. Liquid Scintillation Counters which shall include the following models: LS 6000 IC, LS 6000 LL, LS 6000 SEC, LS 6000 SC, LS 6000 SEL, LS 6000 TA, LS 6500. Spectrophotometers which shall include the following models: DU-500 Series, DU-640 Series, DU-650 Series, DU-700 Series, DU-800 Series. PF2D which shall include the following models: PF2D. Robotics which shall include the following models: BIOMEK 2000, BIOMEK 3000, MULTIMEK, BIOMEK FX Single Bridge, BIOMEK FX Dual Bridge, BIOMEK FX Single Bridge with Span 8 Pod, BIOMEK FX Dual Bridge with Multi Channel and Span 8 Pods, BIOMEK NX MC, BIOMEK NX Span 8 no Gripper, BIOMEK NX Span 8 with Gripper. Capillary Electrophoresis which shall include the following models: PACE MDQ, PA 800. Genetic Analysis which shall include the following models: CEQ 2000/CEQ 2000XL, CEQ 8000, CEQ 8800, SNP Stream 1, SNP Stream. Plate Readers and Washers which shall include the following models: AD 340 Absorbance Detector, DTX 880 Plate Reader, LD 400 Luminescence Detector, MW 96 Microplate Washer. Particle Characterization which shall include the following models: Z1 S/T, Z1 D/T, Z2, Vi Cell S, Vi Cell A, Vi Cell XR, Rapid Vue, Multisizer 3, N4 Series, N5 Series, LS100Q, LS230, LS13-320. Flow Cytometry which shall include the following models: Altra, Altra with AC, Altra with GA and RIO, Altra with GA, RIO and AC, Altra with HS, Altra with HS and AC, Altra with HS, GA and RIO, Altra with HS, GA, RIO and AC, Elite Cell Sorter, Elite ESP, Elite ESP ADV Laser, Elite ESP Gated AMP, Elite with Autoclone, Elite with Gated AMP / Autoclone, Epics Elite Analyzer, Epics XL, Epics XL / MCL, FC 500, FC 500 with Diode Laser, FC 500 with HeNe Laser, FC 500 with MPL, FC 500 with MPL and Diode Laser, FC 500 with MPL and HeNe Laser, Quanta with Argon Laser, Quanta with Hg Arc Lamp, Quanta with Argon Laser and Hg Arc Lamp, Quanta SC. The following instruments may typically be considered as non-proprietary in nature: Low Speed Centrifuges which shall include the following models: Microfu ge R/22R, Microfuge 18, Allegra 6, Allegra 6R, Allegra 6KR, Allegra 21, Allegra 21R, Allegra 22, Allegra 25R, Allegra 64R, GS-15, GS-15R, GS-6, GS-6R, GS-6K, GS-6KR, Avanti 30, J-HC, J2-HC, J2-HS, J2-MC, J2-MI, J2-M, J2-21ME, J6B, J6-BP, J6-M, J6-ME, J6-MC, J6-HC, J6-MI, J6-MP, J6-MIP. Ultracentrifuges which shall include the following models: Airfuge, L8M-55, L8M-60, L8M-70, L8M-80. Liquid Scintillation Counters which shall include the following models: LS 1801, LS 3801, LS 5801, LS 5000 TA, LS 5000 TDC, LS 5000 TDL. Spectrophotometers which shall include the following models: DU-62, DU-64, DU-65. High Pressure Liquid Chromatograph System Components which shall include the following models: Pumps: 125/ 125N/ 125P/ 125NP, 126/ 126N/ 126P/ 126NP, 127/ 127N/ 127P/ 127NP, 128/ 128N/ 128P/ 128NP, 118; Detectors: 166, 168; Programmers/Controllers: BCI Controllers; Fraction Collectors/Auto Samplers/Sample Injectors: 507 / 507E / 508, 7725/ 7725i / 9275, SC 100; Printers/Recorders: Epson / HP Inkjet / HP Laserjet; Miscellaneous Accessories: 420 Remote Interface, 406 Interface; Software, System Gold Version: System Gold, Gold Nuveau, 32 Karat. Capillary Electrophoresis which shall include the following models: PACE 5000, PACE 5010, PACE 5500, PACE 5510. Full service maintenance shall consist of on-site repair as well as preventive maintenance, telephone technical support, hardware/software revisions/upgrades, and remote diagnostics as appropriate. The contractor shall furnish all the necessary trained staff, special tools, diagnostic equipment and parts required to maintain the above listed instruments to original operational specifications. Concerns having the required specialized capabilities to meet the Government?s requirements are invited to give written notification (including telephone number and name for a point of contact) to the procuring office listed in this notice. Firms responding must furnish concise responses directed specifically to the requirement identified above in sufficient detail to permit evaluation and consideration by the government. Responses shall include, but not be limited to, evidence of the following: (1) experience and expertise of staff as well as the organization; (2) proof in having the ability to obtain all parts necessary for maintaining the above specified instruments in a timely manner; (3) identification of previous/current contracts performed within the past three years which are germane in scope to the requirements identified herein including the name of the Governmental or commercial organization, contract/agreement number, complete name, address, and telephone number of a contact person. Responses are not to include cost or pricing information, but should include information regarding the capability to service the typical mix of potentially proprietary versus non-proprietary equipment as described above. This is not a request for proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the evaluation results. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation. Firms responding should indicate whether they are a socially or economically disadvantaged business firm, an 8(a) firm, a small business, and/or woman-owned business.
