Description: This is a sole source procurement for Greenbrier Wetland Services of Advance, MO, for an environmental restoration study of the Middle Mississippi River Regional Corridor (MMRRC), except for the area known as the Ted Shanks Conservation Area (TSCA) w ithin the MMRRC. The contractor will identify how the region/basin has been altered and will define unique restoration approaches and ecological attributes needed to successfully restore specific habitats and conditions. This contractor is uniquely quali fied to perform this study because of this prior work experience in this area. This procurement is a commercial service conducted under FAR 13.500.
