Description: Due to an unforeseen absence of one of the members of the procurement team, the solicitation will not be ready until December 15, 2006. It will be posted at that time at ideasec.gov from which a response may be developed. The level of set-aside has alos been changed from very small business to small business. All firms qualifying may submit a proposa which will be considered. Responses to the solicitation may either be completed within the electronic system or faxed to 307-739-3359, but must be received at the contracting office by 4:30pm on January 2, 2007.
