JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Sole Source Justification e-mail in Technical File; Date: September 13, 2005 From: Catherine.Gill@robins.af.mil Message reads as follows: "We at Robins AFB are required to use the Deft Paint P/N 99GY001 on all aircraft applications as directed by the engineers located in the F-15, C=130, C-5, and C-17 aircraft systems. This paint was developed by Deft at the request of MacDonnell Douglas and Boeing aircraft companies. This paint has been in mandatory use for the past three years here at Robins AFB.
