Description

HSCG87-06-B-643325 Wharf Repairs at USCG Integrated Support Command (ISC), Ketchikan, Alaska. The contractor shall provide all materials, supervision, labor, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to perform the following work at the U. S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command, Ketchikan, Alaska. Repair pile wrap systems on the North and South Wharves, replace camel assemblies on the North and South Wharves, replace rub rails on the North Wharf fender piles, remove and replace mooring line guides on the South Wharf, remove and replace the existing ductile iron sewer line on the South Wharf and install new shore ties, remove and replace selected sections of ductile iron potable water piping and valves at various locations, install new sewer shore ties on the South Wharf, remove and replace existing shore pressure lines at South Float from connection between head of brow and wharf to the shore tie box on the float. The project will consist of several base items and an option item to add 173 bands to pile wraps at the South Wharf. All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after award. Contract award is anticipated early July 2006.. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. See the solicitation for bonding requirements. This procurement is issued as a Total HUBZone Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110 and the applicable size standard is $31.0 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. All responsible small businesses may submit a bid. A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded. This solicitation will not be issued in paper form.
