- 1. This Solicitation is hereby amended as follows: a. Change solicitation response date From: 12/13/2006 8:00 A.M. To: 12/22/2006 12:00 P.M. b. All other solicitation information remains unchanged. The Export-Import Bank intends to renew its continuing requirement with Newsworld for daily newspaper and news materials for hand delivery to Ex-Im Bank mailroom on day of publication. All newspapers are to be delivered by contractor directly to Ex-Im Bank Room 1010 (mailroom). They are to be delivered before 8:00 a.m. All non-business day newspapers are to be delivered the next business day, including federal holidays or other emergency closings. If any, missed items, delayed items, or other problems to be re-delivered or resolved the same day if called in by Bank before 9:00 a.m. If there are any changes, deletions, additions to the number of copies or titles to be effective within 3 business days after written modification by Bank. The Bank requires delivery of daily newspapers Newsworld for a twelve month base period and four consecutive option years. This purchase is being made under commercial buy procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the Bank.
