- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0154 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-14. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 334411 and small business size standard of 750 employees. Description: CLIN 001: Qty 10 Ea, Daylight Training Filter gas filter assembly designed to fit over the objective lens of a MFR: ITT Night Vision Device. The filter reduces light input to a safe (night-time) level, allowing safe extended daytime use of the night vision device. MFR: Northrop Grumman EOS, P/N: 209510-100 ?OR EQUAL?. CLIN 002: Qty 20 Ea, Helmet Mount, PASGT/RBR the ruggedized helmet mount assembly provides soldiers with an easier, more comfortable mounting option when wearing the MV/PVS-7 goggle or MV-14, PVS-14, PVS-15. This mount allows direct attachment of the goggle or monocular to the PASGT helmet as opposed to the standard head mount assembly. Includes mount and straps. MFR: Northrop Grumman EOS, P/N: 241960-002 ?OR EQUAL?. CLIN 003: Qty 10 Ea, Compass, the magnetic compass increases your mobility by displaying a compass heading in the top of the night vision scene. It is very light weight and slips onto the objective lens of the unit. MFR: Northrop Grumman EOS, P/N: A3187430 ?OR EQUAL?. CLIN 004: Qty 10 Ea, Eyecup Assy, 25MM, focuses the image from the fiber optic inverter on to the eye by adjusting for individual eye acuity. This lens assembly is designed to provide some adjustment for the user to compensate for minor vision deficiencies (i.e. diopter adjustment). MFR: Northrop Grumman EOS, P/N: 241821-100 ?OR EQUAL?. CLIN 005: Qty 10 Ea, Sacrificial Filter Kit, useful in an environment which has a high amount of dust, dirt and debris in the air, such as in high winds or storm conditions. The sacrificial window can later be discarded and/or replaced, preserving the condition of the optics themselves. MFR: Northrop Grumman EOS, P/N: 209508-100 ?OR EQUAL?.
