- COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FA4418C17PAR and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses; NAICS code is 336413 with a 1,000 employee size standard. (v) FA4418C17PAR Supply the following items to Charleston AFB, South Carolina: Bauer Spider Assembly Part# 9324-EF (Quantity 1) Bauer Finger Assembly Part# 9324-AN (Quantity 4) The requirement is to provide parts for the Bead Breaker 9323-020, used to build C-17 Wheel Assemblies. The manufacturer is Bauer. (vi) All requested items must be received within 60 calendar days of award. The award will be made on a Purchase Order (PO), FOB Destination.
