Description
The United States Army Communications Electronics--Lifecycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract for Sustainment and Repair of the OE-254 Ground Radio Communications (GRC) Antenna. In accordance wi th drawing numbers SM-D-944750 and SM-D-944759, and NSN 5985-01-063-1574, this will be a 1 (one) year contract with 4 (four) option years. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The small business size standard is 750 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334220. The Solicitation is an Invitation for Bid/Sealed Bidding (IFB). The proposed acquisition is to be a Firm Fixed Price, Contract. The Solicitation for this buy will be posted on the Interactive Opp ortunities Web Page (IBOP). The delivery schedule shall be 270 days after award with first article testing requirements, and 60 days after award without first article testing requirements. The items will be shipped to the New Cumberland Facility, New Cumbe rland, PA. The shipments are to be FOB Destination. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with ASTM D 3951-98 (2004 edition), with Level Of Protection (LOP)=Commercial, Level Of Pack (LPK)=Commercial, Quantity Unit Pack (QUP)=001, Marking is in acco rdance with MIL-STD-129P. The U.S. Army CE-LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CE-LCMC to Industry. All parties who are interested in doing business with CE-LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive, information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Comm.-Acti ve, under the heading ARMY PREAWARD, Login & View by Army Contracting Activity, and then click on GO.
