CHANGE IN RELEASE DATE: New RFP Release date: Approx. January 2, 2007 CHANGE IN AWARD TERMS: Award Terms have been deleted, a 10 year IDIQ contract is anticipated PLEASE NOTE: Solicitation Number M07PS14501 is a reissue of both Solicitations: #0206RI27710 and #0207RP1450. The U.S. Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service (MMS), Minerals Revenue Management (MRM), Lakewood, Colorado intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of operations and support for their financial management system. The MRM is responsible for ensuring all revenues from federal and producing Indian mineral leases are accurately collected and disbursed to appropriate recipients in a timely manner. To accomplish this, MRM employs a sophisticated computer system, the MRM Support System (MRMSS). The contractor shall provide technical operations and support for computer services encompassing, but not limited to the following: system integration, planning, development, software support, logistics, and project management. The government anticipates the award of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Hybrid: Fixed Priced, Fixed Price Level of Effort, Cost, and Time & Material Performanced Based contract with a transition period, one base year, and nine option years. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition. The NAICS code is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services, Size Standard is $23 Million. The estimated release date for the RFP is on or about JANUARY 2, 2007. It is the offerors' responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. No paper copy will be provided.
