Description

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. NO FORMAL RFQ WILL BE AVAILABLE. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for acousitc doppler current meters/profilers to be delivered to the Hydrological Instrumentation Facility in Stennis Space Center, MS. The USGS anticipates a sole-source award to YSI/Sontek on 12/15/2006, under Simplified Acquisition Threshold Procedures. The NAICS code is 334513. A determination not to continue with this acquisition based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. For future opportunities, interested vendors may identify their capabilities by responding within 2 days after the publication of this announcement to http://ideasec.nbc.gov, 07ER18-NoSolicitation.
