At this time, the Government's Best Estimate Quantity is 37 each. The actual quantity will be determined at the time of award. Unique processes employed in using this data require prequalification of courses to ensure the reliability and quality of this part. Therefore engineering source approval is required. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
